To avoid traffic jams and parking headaches,
take the
T or the commuter
rail to the game. Take the T to either the Fenway stop
on the Green D line or the Kenmore Square stop on the Green
line (B, C, D or E branches). Take the commuter rail (Framingham/Worcester
line) to Yawkee station. You can also take a bus
to Kenmore Square.
If you
must drive, get there early as parking is limited. Be prepared
to pay upwards of $30 for parking near the park. If you
have some time to spare, try nearby Brookline
for on-street meter parking. The meters run M-S until 5:30
pm, and it is a short walk to the park. Be weary of parking
on Landsdowne
street directly adjacent to the park - homeruns over
the green monster tend to smash windshields here.
